Programs or sponsors that restrict the number of proposals Appalachian can submit each year are called limited submission programs, and Grants Resources & Services has a limited submissions process to ensure that (a) Appalachian does not submit more that the permitted number of proposals, and (b) every potential applicant at Appalachian has equal access to these programs. Limited submissions are programs or sponsors that restrict the number of proposals Appalachian can submit each year. If we submit more proposals than a program allows, the sponsor can reject all proposals from our university without review.
