AASCU Grants Resource Center - Available resources and new login process

In keeping with our mission to support the research, creative and scholarly endeavors of Appalachian State faculty, staff and students, the Office of Research provides our campus with access to the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU) Grants Resource Center (GRC).

The login process and web address for GRC and AASCU has recently changed. Please bookmark the new website address and visit this link to create or update your login credentials. GRC's old web address and campus-wide login process are due to sunset in May.

AASCU's Grants Resource Center offers the following resources aimed at improving faculty success in securing competitive grants:

  • GrantSearch, the GRC funding database, allows member campuses to search among 1,600 funding opportunities hand-selected for higher education institutions and faculty, primarily from federal agencies and major foundations.
  • The GRC Funded Proposal Library contains a list of funded proposals that are available for use only by members, and are provided free of charge. Only proposal abstracts are available in the online Proposal Library. For the full proposal, email grs@appstate.edu to ask our office to request a copy for you.
  • GRC Funding Publications and Archives: GRC offers three regular publications to provide members with federal and private funding opportunity alerts, federal meeting coverage and successful proposal development strategies and advice. You can browse current and archived copies of the GRC Bulletin, GrantWeek, and Deadlines publications through the website.

Please contact Grants Resources & Services at grs@appstate.edu with any questions about AASCU and GRC resources.
