The application portal for the Spring 2024 cycle of the Board of Trustees (BOT) International Research Travel Grant is now open!
The Board of Trustees International Research Grants program supports international research at Appalachian State with up to four annual awards of up to $2,500 each. These awards fund travel outside the United States to libraries, archives, museums, laboratories, computer facilities, natural settings, government agencies, corporations, etc. that are essential to the research described in the proposal. Tenured/tenure-track faculty and full-time professional/clinical faculty and staff on long-term or ongoing appointments (two years or more) may apply for funding. Proposals for research in both basic and applied/professional fields are considered.
