Cayuse SP Update: The firm Cayuse SP “Go Live” for campuswide use is now set for January 1, 2023.
The Sponsored Programs team has successfully loaded legacy data into the new Cayuse system! We are currently working on training and reference documents while continuing to route approvals by email through the end of the fall semester and cleaning/updating active project files. Our plan is to roll the system out for full campus use on January 1, 2023. In the interim, we will look to pilot routing processes with a few volunteers who are submitting proposals between now and December 31, 2022. Likewise, we will be looking for potential Grants.gov submissions that could be candidates to pilot test our system-to-system (S2S) portal in Cayuse.
