The Office of Research staff have been monitoring news and making plans to help you navigate a possible federal government shutdown in the event one should occur. We are writing to let you know that we are reviewing the impact a potential closure would have on research and sponsored projects currently awarded to the university, as well as those in the final stages of the award process.
As the Office of Research receives guidance from the individual federal agencies, we will be in touch with affected PIs as quickly as possible. If you receive any direct communication from your sponsor on which we are not copied, please forward a copy to grants@appstate.edu.
