The FY24 CONCERT Research Grant program will support innovative sustainability research that builds toward establishing App State as a national or international leader in topics at the intersections of environment, energy, economics, and equity where we are uniquely positioned to contribute high impact research, attract collaborative partners, and secure external funding.
Clear potential for growth of this seed investment into extramurally funded research is the primary attribute of competitive proposals. Collaborative, multidisciplinary or convergent efforts are strongly preferred, but strong proposals for disciplinary research within the RIEEE mission area are also welcome. Research teams may be composed of faculty members, EHRA staff, and others such as research professors and external collaborators.
