You're invited: RTI University Scholars Program Informational Meeting, 12/2 at 10am

Learn about the RTI University Scholars Program from Amy Vargas-Tonsi,
Project Operations Manager, University Collaborations, RTI International, Thursday, December 2nd, from 10:00am - 11:00am. Register here.

RTI International is one of the world’s leading research institutes, dedicated to improving the human condition by turning knowledge into practice. Since 2014, the RTI University Scholars Program has provided partial financial support for distinguished academic researchers to spend scholarly leave time at RTI to actively collaborate with our experts. The program’s goals are to foster collaboration, build scientific stature, and catalyze opportunities for future externally funded, joint projects.

The RTI University Scholars Program will continue to prioritize applications for the 2022-2023 academic year from tenured or research-track faculty members at the Associate Professor level or higher with a commitment to collaboration and a research project related to racial equity and policy, broadly construed. RTI’s vision for achieving racial equity is to lead with compassion, execute with science, and transform by sharing what we learn.

The RTI University Scholars Program is open to faculty from Duke University and the University of North Carolina’s 16 university campuses. RTI especially encourages researchers from traditionally underrepresented groups to apply.

Register here.
