These projects span a variety of disciplines — STEM, the arts and humanities, and business, to name a few — and have far-reaching impact.
In 2021, App State’s external funding from grants and contracts totaled nearly $37 million — an institutional record. App State received $19.5 million through externally funded grants and contracts in 2022, the second highest amount in university history.
